first of all i have made a box that i can place 4 controllers in and have 64 channels running from. But for this year i will only have 32 channels.

then what i did is get 32 2m extention cords from Bunnings and and cut them to length as i only needed the female ends for each channel and 4 male end for power to the boards.

then on one side of the box i drilled out 36 holes and glued the ends of the power cords into the box.

 

Then last but not least i drilled a hole through the box and installed a ethernet adaptor to the box. This was done for easy connection of the ethernet cable at christmas time without having to open the box every year.
